The east side of the property paving is under way and should be complete Thursday September 25, 2008 — The infrastructure work has started on the 3rd Phase of home-sites.  Everything is moving at a very exciting pace.  Please watch the video below for a first hand experience.

   This is going to be a phenomenal development. All the family perks of the Carolina Forest area with less traffic, immediate access to Hwy 31, shopping, experienced development planners, and excellent price points for both families and retirees. We’re excited to begin building here soon.
