   Great post! Thank God the Fall buying season is here, although I think we still have some rocky roads ahead, we are getting to the end of this market. I loved the pictures. We don’t have scenes like that in California.

   William – Thanks!! Yes, I agree we (Coastal Carolinas) are going to drag around on the bottom for a little while — However, I do think we will be coming out (and UP) after the first of the year…
